  • I am a talented individual able to create connections, make things happen from scratch, super adaptable and an unstoppable learner. I have lived and worked in 4 countries (UK, IT and Iberica) and 2 continents (USA and Africa) and have a strong emotional intelligence able to work with any person, understand their needs and adapt very quickly into the workplace. I have created and funded various food brand concepts and food experiences from small to larger groups up to 500 people. I have helped new brands to get in the market and also consulted them with a strategic social media marketing plan. I have cooked professionally for people since 2015 and created my own brand / built my name and founded The Pasta Studio and an NGO called Smile And Make Pasta.
